The number of the stamps is around 13 million. The number of the stamps we exhibit is over 400 000. This unique collection contains stamps issued all over the world. The exhibition processes and shows the stamps according to the intention of the founders.
Postal stamps
Besides the stamp issued in England first in the world in 1840, there are several stars of the world as well as the modern and classic pieces of Hungary. The museum also collects all the requisites of the process of manufacturing from the sketches to the pressing equipments, or the temporary stamps.
