The permanent exhibition of Kossuth-prized fine artist Gyula Feledy is arranged in a monument-like building in the nicest square of the town. In the 5 halls (opening one from another) about a hundred works represent the work of the versatile artist.

"After three short years odf study I went to Poland to the Krakkó Graphic Arts Academy. I had worked at a painter's department, when after a number of months I bumped into the richly geared graphic work-shop of the Academy. After the murmurings of the painting depatments I was captivated by the healthy atmosphere of those working with hard materials. I had soon prepared my first copper engraving, following which I was captured by the inexhaustible realm of workshop graphics for decades." (Gyula Feledy)

The annually renewed exhibition represents the paintings and statues of the artist as well.
