The permanent exhibition presents material of the Croatians, Serbians, and Slovenians living in Hungary by regions.

The showing richly illustrates the folk clothing of the different Croatian ethnic groups but several of the textiles, embroideries, pillowcases, tablecloths, altar covers, and food covers of Eastern characteristics of certain regions. Shrouds, funereal flags, and towels represent the burying culture from the area along the river Dráva.

A woman's represents the Serbian folk clothing and a little girl's cloths besides the textiles, best man shawls. Among the memorial objects that represent the Orthodox Church, we can see valuable icons and an embroidered sacrificial cover as well. Among the Slovenian objects of folk art, a dress and a chest can be seen. Of wooden furniture chests, painted beds, and cradles are shown. These, similar to the clothing, are connected to the Croatian ethnic groups.

The material of ceramics and the wood tools are a different units. Among the ceramics, the famous black ceramics of Mohács are significant, but the glazed material is also richly represented. Among the carved wooden tools, we can mention the distaffs, but we can also see mangles, painted washing trowel, and a pole to carry water with it.
