The brand new exhibition at the Hungarian Geographical Museum is the "Local and Sports History Exhibition". The showing deals with the history of the town from the Neolithic to the 20th century through archaeological, ethnographical and local history related finds and objects
The most spectacle and strange objects are the altar stone sacrificed to the Father Liber and a small Heracles statue.
In the showing room reminding of the Middle Ages and the Turkish subjection, period weapons, coins and a picture of the reconstructed state of the Mosque (dsami), as well as tombstones who settled in villages from where Hungarians were exterminated.
In one room, traditional tools of agriculture, objects of an old kitchen and old boat mills invite the visitors. One room is furnished with as the clean room of the Bukovina Székely.
One of the tools used at water cleaning in Érd, the so-called "dripping stone", as well as an airplane model used at the sport flight airport invite the visitors.
