Tibor Moskál, the master of graphics, was born in Budafok in 1930. He learned of the iron turner but his aptitude of an artist inherited from his mother urged him to become involved in art. He studied with diligence at the art study group of his workplace, the Hungária Tire Factory. He learned painting from the painters Irén Antal and Ferenc Szőnyi, drawing and sketching at the private academy of Nándor Lajos.
Work of Tibor Moskál
From this time, he made many ex libris wood sketching and worked with lino-cut technique. He learned the art of engraving from the art of Zoltán Nagy and Zoltán Kaveczky. He is one of the well-known artists of ex libris and small graphics.

The art historian Pál M. Kiss describes his art with the following words:' The topic of the graphics of Tibor Moskál is very rich. Sometimes the surface is only a few centimeters wide, but the representation of the sight of towns and the monuments as well as the landscapes and the portraits along with the folk motifs and small flowers are full of soul. His contours are fine, but his works are also very detailed. His sole aim is to make his descriptions catchy, to render the vision of contemplating life with an ever-increasing truthfulness.
