The part named Bukher in the village of Szűcs began to develop in the 19th century. The Bajza Cottage built in the 18th century in Classicist style is in the East side of the yard. The house in which Bajza was born is a one story little house in the yard. It consists of rooms with ceilings made of beams opening from each other.
