After the first democratic elections, in the autumn of 1990, the elect Győző Takács suggested at the foundation meeting of the election body that it would be a good idea to open a village museum in the village. At the next meeting 47. the committee designated the house at 47 Rákóczi street to be bought for the museum. The official status of the building had to be changed. This procedure lasted half a year. The decree that the building was ready to host the museum came in the sprin.
