The Alföld Gallery functions as the branch of the János Tornyai Museum. Since it collects and exhibits the art works in connection with the Great Hungarian Plain and the works created here, it is a regional museum. The permanent exhibition reviews the art of the Great Hungarian Plain from the middle of the 19th century to 1945.
