The Ecology and Botanics Research Center of MTA opened its visitor centre called "Berkenyeház" in April 2007. The objective of the exhibition is to present the variegation of flora, the beauty of plants and their role in our life.
The museum building
The exhibition draws our attention via introducing researches related to the topic to dangers generated by the lifestyle of humanity and the ever growing number of people living on Earth. We hope that the exhibition will add to our understanding of the relationship of people and environment while it provides bases for us to act environment consciously. The Berkenyeház invites all ages with something interesting to see.
