The permanent exhibition of the Municipal gallery is housed in the baroque building of the one time trinitarian monastry Kiscell.
It is dedicated to the achievements of Hungarian art from the Nagybánya plain air masters and other outstanding artistic circles and trends of the late 1900s right through to the modern periods till the end of the 20th century.
The unique and impressive atmosphere of our Churchspace creates a great venue for highscale shows of contemporary art whereas our Oratorium hosts somewhat more intimate exhibitions.
