The exhibition presenting the natural values of the South Transdanubian area opens sets off in the so-called 'dark room' in the main building of the Visitor Center of Körösvölgy. The visitors enter into a room in complete darkness but with a starry sky over their head. After a few moments, a short film is being screened inviting the visitors to see the rest of the display.

The next room holds dioramas and pageants about the geography and cultures living in the area beginning 3 million years ago.
A stairway leads down to the first floor into the next room where the visitors can see the natural values of the Great Hungarian Planes, its flora and fauna.
The next room has glass floor with a space photo taken by the SPOT-4 underneath. The walls of the room hold pictures of the natural values of the National Park.
The last room deals with the international trade of endangered species, the dangers of human deed and the carelessness. A showcase holds species that fell victim of international trade.
