Mrs. Csermely died in October 2000. She admired Fekete István. Her son, Csermely Zoltán donated his mother's collection to the Museum of Dombóvár in January 2001 in accordance with the will of Mrs. Csermely. The Csermely Heritage was placed in a new ward.
A taste of the exhibition
After the death of the widow of the artist, Pillér Edith, in 1997, the family decided to give his heritage over to the towns of Gölle, Ajka and Dombóvár. Dombóvár acquired the desk, radio, telephone and the horns of deers owned once by Fekete István. The photo of the martyr of Arad Damjanich János, the great uncle of the writer, is hung over the desk. We also show the József Attila Prize the writer received for his novel Tüskevár (Thorn Castle), in 1960.

Stuffed birds (stork, owl, etc) are shown in the first showcase along with the invitations, bronze tablets and editions of the magazine 'New Times'. Next to the showcase the audience may see a photo of the statue of Fekete István inaugurated in 1999 in Gölle presented to the museum by Tilinger Sándor.

The portrait of the sculptor and graphic artist Ambrus Sándor from Transylvania is placed in the larger ward. The copies of the register of birth, charters and letters and publishing of Gölle are in the second showcase. The honor copy of the novel 'Trudging Time' I received from the widow is also shown there. We can see manuscripts in the third showcase. There is a short story in the 'Endless Road' that was not published. The son of the writer who lives in Chicago donated the manuscript of the novel 'Hu' to the museum in 1997 and the script of the 'The Aga of Koppány' in 1998.

We placed the Prize for Somogy in the third showcase also. The writer received the price for his life work. We also show the IDs, the invitation to his wedding, the József Attila Prize, the pen he wrote with last, his pencil, his ashtray and the manuscript of his poems. The walls are covered with portraits and paintings of artists from Dombóvár. Stuffed animals, magazines and the letters of his widow are shown in the fourth showcase.

The books published in Hungary and abroad are placed on the shelves. Extracts from magazines are shown in the fifth showcase. Pieces of the fishing equipment of the writer are also displayed there. The works of Fekete István Jr. are also presented there. We can see the books: Shipwreck Generation, Battalion at the Don, Vuk and the Smooth Skinned. The walls are covered with pictures of the heritage of Mrs. Csermely.

Part of the heritage of Mrs. Csermely is displayed in the sixth showcase: three photo albums with hundreds of pictures along with articles of the writer and his short stories.
