The Straw Hat Museum is located in a 100-year-old peasant house with three exhibition rooms. The first room presents hey used at making hats, as well as all different kinds of hats from Transylvania and Romania. One straw hat from all regions. The process of hat making can be seen in the back room. All equipment used at straw hat making is shown: old sewing machines, press machines and a number of forms.

Varied objects made of hey are displayed in the middle room, as well as a two-meter high straw mat made in 2004 which won the largest straw hat of Romania. It can be tried on by the visitors.
