In Tekirdag, West Turkey, namely in Rodosto, if they say art, then immediately a versatile artist comes to mind: Nijat Ayvaz. Who is he? - He responds to this on his website; "A man singing songs, writing creatively, taking photographs, thinker, observer, interviewer, but also, ultimately, a man ..." And yet we also know that he is a man who loves Hungarians, a true, faithful friend!

Nijat Ayvaz was born in Tekirdag, Turkey in 1969. In 1992 he began his career at the Music Department of the Müjdat Gezen Arts Center which he continued for years afterwards. In the years his love of photography become apparent which is today shown in many of his individual exhibitions, thereby strengthening his career taking him in this direction.

Tekirdag is a town of dreams (2005), The town of the depth of colours. Tekirdag (2007), Tekirdag is a town of dreams on the shore of the Sea of Marmara (2008) were the title of his three photo albums and with the Tourist Map of Tekirdag (2007) he opened up new horizons.

In 2005 he discovered new themes by photographing a 1600-year-old Roman irrigation system. Then, in 2006 he became a real explorer by photographing the flower, the Tulip of Istanbul which was believed to have been extinct. Subsequently, in national publications introducing him, he was simply referred to as "Cultural-archaeologist".

2008: Hs selection entitled "A Concise History of Japanese and Western Architecture" was high acclaim in Japan His works have appeared in international and domestic airline publications, and also in descriptions and reports for tourist. At the same time, a number of foreign-language book with pictures and web pages have his pictures.

For his work carried out in the field of photography in 2010, his name was registered as an artist by the evaluation of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism Department of the Arts'.

2000-2014 he had 35 domestic and foreign independent exhibitions. He was recognized numerous times for his photos with the theme of Tekirdag and the region.

In 2010 Istanbul was the European Capital of Culture - in this context, for the first time in Hungary, at the CSIPERO" International Children's Festival in Kecskemét he represented his country with his photos "Turkish people". This exhibition has represent Turkey in many European countries' capital at international festivals.
