In the year of 1902 established electricity in Bonyhád was uneconomical and of the year 1907 became bankrupted. Béla Perczel, one of the hold shares of the factory founded industrial plant because of the growth of current consumption. He bought a parcel at the south exit of Bonyhád, here he built enamel- and dominofactory.

The building operations began in the year of 1908. The distringas of procuration was dated on the 16th of June, this day is the birthday of the factory. At that time its name was the "Hungarian Enamel and Metalwarefactory"-today is "Ema-Lion Emael Ltd". In the same year his curialhouse was built, which today is the library of the city, and the landscape-garden is the Perczel-garden.
The Regional Museum of Völgység with the help of the local historiographier György Steib and with the subvention of the factory commomorate the heresiarch. Old photos, original documents, the products of the factory, beatiful enamelled boards, pots and pans show the periods of the factory.
