The exhibition of the collector of artefacts and painter, the count Ferenc Hatvany (1881-1958) is open at the Hatvany Lajos Museum from 26 June until 1 October. The museum opened 40 years ago and was named after the brother of the painter. The exhibition celebrating the anniversary of the opening is to provide a comprehensive picture of the career of the painter Ferenc Hatvany.

A catalogue illustrating the works of the artist who was deeply influenced by French classicist and impressionist painting, especially Cézanne accompanies the exhibition. The Hungarian National Gallery lent 40 works by the artist.
