The village Sukoró is situated on the north shore of the Lake Velence, among the hills of Velence. The village is rich in archaeological memories. Even ten years ago, the Village of Sukoró had streets where a lot of house had white walls and thatched roof. The Szilvás Lane beginning at the Episcopal Church that hosted the council of war before the battle of Pákozd in 1848 is just like that even nowadays.
